Yes, it is immediately final. When the booking is placed, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions. By doing so, you enter into a payment commitment.

For each property, the advertisement specifies how many people the property is suitable for. All people count, no matter what age. 

This may differ per holiday home. Sometimes the rental includes bed linen, in which case the bed linen is already provided for you. 
Bringing your own sheets from home is of course also allowed. 

 

 

WiFi is available in most properties, this is also included in the rental fee. Do note that the speed may be slower than at home. Also, in most cases there is a maximum usage per day set. Unfortunately, we cannot increase this. 

Dogs are allowed in some properties, this is also clearly indicated for each property. 

When making a booking, payment can be made via Ideal, SEPA bank transfer , Bancontact or via Trustly. 

A deposit is very common in the leisure industry. This covers any damage or additional costs that may arise during your stay.

The deposit will be refunded within two weeks after your departure date, provided no damage or additional costs have occurred during your stay. 

An accident can happen, but please let us know if you have caused any damage. Please contact our customer service team. That way we can respond quickly.

If anything is accidentally forgotten in the property after departure please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
